Concealment Express Return Policy

Returns:
Our unconditional return policy on in-stock Concealment Express holsters lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your holster purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Gift cards and Special Orders are Non-Refundable. To process your return, you must have a Return Authorization number. All returns must be initiated at: http://concealmentexpress.com/pages/returns

Refunds:
Once your Authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Credits may take up to 7 days or more to appear on your statement.)

Exchanges:
We will exchange any Concealment Express holster that is in like new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please initiate your return at: http://concealmentexpress.com/pages/returns

Ordering Errors:
If you need to exchange your holster due to an ordering error on your part, please initiate your exchange within 30 days of purchase at: http://concealmentexpress.com/pages/returns

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
