Returns:
Our unconditional return/refund policy on all our holsters lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your holster purchase, we can only offer you a credit or exchange. Gift cards and Special Orders are Non-Refundable. To process your return, you must have a Return Authorization number. All returns must be initiated at: http://concealmentexpress.com/pages/returns

Refunds:
Once your Authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Credits may take up to 7 days or more to appear on your statement.)

Exchanges:
We will replace any holster that is found to be defective or damaged, for the lifetime of the holster. Please initiate your return at: http://concealmentexpress.com/pages/returns

Ordering/Shipping Issues:
