30 Day Exchange/Return Policy

Returns:
Our exchange/return policy on all our non-custom products lasts 30 days and applies to domestic orders only. Custom Ordered Colors/Pattern Holsters, Gift Cards, Special Orders, & International Orders are Non-Refundable. To process your exchange/return, you must have a Return Authorization number. Returns Sent Without an RA# Will NOT be processed. We will provide you a return shipping label for ease of return but the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from any refund or credit issued (unless the issue was due to a mistake on our part). All returns must be initiated at: https://concealmentexpress.returnlogic.com

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your purchased items, you can request an exchange for any other product in our catalog within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged products must be returned in Like New, re-sellable condition or they will be subject to a reduced valuation. Please initiate your Exchange at: https://concealmentexpress.returnlogic.com

Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued for items returned in Like New, re-sellable condition (minus the actual cost of the return label). Any items returned that are not in new, re-sellable condition will not be refunded. Like new condition is defined as the same condition the product arrived to you when you removed it from the original packaging. Scratches, gouges, removed hardware, etc, will render the returned product not re-sellable. In these cases we will, at our discretion, decide on either a partial refund or store credit. Once your Authorized Return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we inspect and verify that the item is in New/Re-sellable condition. If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Refunds may take up to 7 days or more to appear on your statement.)
